The approach

Restructuring the account

We restructured the ad account by mapping out campaigns thematically and merging ad groups within these relevant themes.
The best performing keywords within poorer performing ad groups were extracted and added to more suitable ad groups, resulting in a condensed and efficient structure.

Conversion rate optimisation

After restructuring the account, lead quality improved and we were able to support the customer in understanding the necessary conversion goals, improving their website and landing pages to improve the overall conversion rate
